Our People The FAI team is comprised of experts in numerous different disciplines including accounting, auditing, forensic technology, procurement, anti-corruption and anti-fraud. Most of our professionals spent time with Big 4 auditing firms during which time they learned the building blocks of successful audit, internal control and fraud reviews. They have since refined and honed those skills for the specific and particular challenges of detecting and mitigating fraud and corruption in third world programs. In addition to real world project-specific experience, our team members are frequent speakers and lead training seminars related to fraud detection. Our colleagues are members of a variety of different industry organizations including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Our Partners FAI was originally formed as a joint venture between two prominent forensic accounting firms, Dispute Analytics and Glasgow Forensic. This joint venture was formed to address the specific intricacies of performing forensic audits and investigations in the third world. We continue to work closely with these two firms and draw on their expertise and resources as necessary. In addition, FAI has formed strategic partnerships with two speciality firms in the international development arena: SustainAbility Solutions and FEI Consulting. SSA is an audit firm based in Johanesbugh South Africa specializing exclusively on audits of international development programs and related donors and partners.
